Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us at Herbsayurmed. We ensure that every product is delivered with high standards of quality and hygiene. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our return & refund policy below.
📦 Eligible Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product
- Replacement approved for a valid product issue
For a return/exchange request to be approved:

Product must be unused, intact, sealable and undamaged

Product must be returned in its original packaging

Invoice must be included with the returned item
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product opened / seal broken / partially used
- Damage caused after delivery
- Incorrect storage, misuse, or careless handling
- Change of mind, dislike of taste/smell, or personal preference
Due to the nature of health & hygiene products, returns are strictly limited to manufacturing or delivery-related issues only.
⏱️ Time Window
Return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:
- Order number
- Clear images of product issue
- Unboxing video (optional but helpful)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
